All National Limo Association vendor members, including manufacturers, coach builders and limousine company suppliers of all kinds, are invited to submit their name for nomination to the four open vendor seats on the 2010 National Limo Association Board of Directors.
The coming year’s vendor directors will be elected to their positions by the operator members of the 2010 National Limo Association Board of Directors at their first meeting together on January 24 in Las Vegas. Vendor directors, who are non-voting participants on the National Limo Association board, are chosen each year for a one-year term.
The requirements for nomination for vendor directorship are: 1) the vendor company has been a National Limo Association member for at least two years; 2) the vendor member is willing to attend four in-face board meetings during the year at their own expense; 3) the vendor member is willing to serve on one or more working committees during the year; and 4) the vendor member is able to interact with other vendor members in the organization.
Applications for nomination are being mailed to all National Limo Association vendor members in early November. Forms also are available here. To be considered, completed submissions are due to the National Limo Association office by December 21. Notice to the four winners of the vendor election will be issued immediately following the January 24 board meeting.
